🔄 Replacement Policy
If your LED mask isn’t working as it should due to a manufacturing defect or technical issue, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how it works:
✅ Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@mylvora.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
✔ Your order number
✔ A brief description of the issue
✔ A photo or video showing the problem
✅ Step 2: Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request and, if the issue qualifies, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
✅ Step 3: Receive Your New Device
Once approved, we’ll send you a brand-new LED mask and ensure you get the experience you deserve!
❌ What’s Not Covered?
While we’re happy to replace faulty devices, we cannot offer returns or refunds in the following cases:
🚫 Change of mind – Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept used skincare devices.
🚫 Accidental damage – If the device is broken due to improper use or mishandling.
🚫 Normal wear & tear – Minor cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect functionality.
📦 What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos immediately and email us at support@mylvora.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to make things right.
